Terms and Conditions – JJ55 Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and JJ55 ("we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing the JJ55 website at jj55.world, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the JJ55 platform, create an account, or participate in any games or betting activities offered here. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside the JJ55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with the platform.

To register a JJ55 account and use the platform's betting and gaming services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the JJ55 platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and organisations may not register player accounts.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online betting or gambling activities.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from JJ55 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.

JJ55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm that eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date — notify JJ55 support promptly if your contact information changes.

Each player may hold only one active JJ55 account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with that player. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, JJ55 reserves the right to determine which account activity is valid and to forfeit balances held in duplicate accounts.

Your JJ55 account credentials — your username and password — are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login details. JJ55 will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact JJ55 support immediately and change your password.

• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.
• You may not allow another person to access or use your JJ55 account on your behalf.
• JJ55 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to secure their credentials.
• JJ55 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows evidence of fraudulent activity, rule violations, or suspicious behaviour.
• Upon request, players may close their own JJ55 account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding settled balances will be processed for withdrawal via the player's registered payment method.

JJ55 maintains the right to close dormant accounts — accounts that have had no login or transactional activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy closure. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held in trust for a period of 12 months from the date of closure notification, during which the player may reclaim it by contacting support.

All deposits and withdrawals on JJ55 are processed exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). JJ55 does not impose a currency conversion on any transaction — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, subject only to the minimum deposit threshold.

Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card.

• Funds deposited through a particular payment method will, where possible, be returned to the same method upon withdrawal. JJ55 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds before the withdrawal will be released.
• JJ55 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• JJ55 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by payment service providers are outside the platform's control.
• Deposits made to a JJ55 account are for gaming purposes only. Depositing funds and then withdrawing them without meaningful gaming activity is not permitted and may be treated as a terms violation.

If a deposit does not appear in your JJ55 account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. JJ55 will investigate and resolve crediting issues promptly.

All sports and esports betting activity on JJ55 is subject to the following general rules, which apply across all markets and disciplines including cricket, football, PSL, and esports.

• A bet is placed when the player confirms their selection and stake via the JJ55 bet slip. Once confirmed, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player under any circumstances.
• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. JJ55 reserves the right to correct any odds that have been published in error — bets placed on materially incorrect odds may be voided at JJ55's discretion.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 100. Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the bet slip.
• Accumulator bets (multiples) are available across most pre-match markets. In-play selections and pre-match selections cannot be combined in the same accumulator.
• If any leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the remaining selections stand at the adjusted combined odds.
• JJ55 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator.

Match and event voidance: If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned without a result being determined under the relevant competition's official rules, all outrights bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Markets relating specifically to completed portions of an event — such as first innings totals in a cricket match where the first innings completed — may be settled based on what was completed, according to the specific market rules.

Live in-play betting: Live odds change rapidly. JJ55 cannot guarantee that a specific in-play price will remain available long enough to be accepted. If an in-play bet cannot be confirmed at the requested odds, the platform will inform you of the updated odds before the bet is placed. You may then accept the new odds or decline the bet.

JJ55's casino products — including live Teen Patti, live Baccarat, and all other table and card games — use real physical cards dealt by human dealers filmed by camera, or certified random number generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based games. All RNG games are audited by independent third-party testing laboratories.

Virtual Sports products use certified RNG simulation engines that have been independently tested to confirm genuine randomness and accuracy of the stated return-to-player percentage. Each Virtual Sports event is statistically independent — previous outcomes have no effect on future outcomes.

• Minimum stake on all casino and virtual sports products: Rs 100 per game round or event.
• In the event of a technical failure — disconnection, platform error, server fault — during a game round, JJ55's system logs will be used to determine the status of the game at the point of failure. JJ55 will credit or void the relevant game round based on the recorded state.
• JJ55 is not responsible for network disconnections on the player's side that result in missed game opportunities or delayed confirmations. Players should ensure a stable internet connection before participating.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer closes the round on camera and the platform confirms settlement. No retroactive amendments will be made based on player claims about missed bets or mis-timed entries.
• Game outcome logs are retained by JJ55 and are available to players on request for the purpose of dispute resolution.

The published return-to-player percentages for JJ55 casino and virtual sports products represent theoretical long-run averages across a large number of game rounds. Individual sessions will vary from these averages — this is the expected statistical behaviour of random processes.

JJ55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms prevail for that bonus.

• Welcome bonuses at JJ55 are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus percentage, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible products, and expiry date are communicated in the offer details at time of registration.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any funds derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal.
• JJ55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already activated an offer in good faith will be treated under the terms that were in effect when the offer was activated.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable between accounts and may not be withdrawn as cash prior to completion of wagering requirements.
• If a player attempts to withdraw funds before completing the wagering requirements applicable to an active bonus, JJ55 reserves the right to remove the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it before processing the withdrawal.
• JJ55 may at its discretion verify that a player's betting activity on bonus funds represents genuine gameplay. Where activity appears designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, the bonus and associated winnings may be voided.

The JJ55 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Participation in the VIP Club is automatic — activity across all JJ55 products accumulates toward your monthly tier. The four tiers are Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

• Cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited to your JJ55 balance every Monday. Silver: 5%, Gold: 10%, Platinum: 15%, Diamond: 20%.
• Cashback credited under the VIP Club carries no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable.
• Tier status is evaluated monthly. Reaching the required activity threshold during a calendar month places you in that tier for the following month.
• JJ55 reserves the right to modify the VIP Club structure, tier thresholds, or cashback rates at any time. Existing monthly cashback already accrued will be honoured under the terms in effect when the activity was generated.
• VIP Club membership may be suspended or withdrawn from any account found to be in breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JJ55 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of these activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, with potential permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point when communicating with JJ55.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account requirement.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Using any software, tool, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the platform in any way that circumvents normal human interaction.
• Exploiting any error, glitch, technical fault, or pricing mistake in JJ55 products to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or to share information that creates an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using non-public information about any sporting event or match outcome to gain a betting advantage (insider betting).
• Attempting to launder money or using the JJ55 platform for any transaction connected with illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JJ55 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access JJ55's systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation.

JJ55 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any investigation of illegal activity. Player data may be disclosed to such authorities where legally required.

JJ55 takes its responsibility to promote safe and responsible gaming seriously. We want our players to enjoy the platform as entertainment — and to stay in control of their gaming activity at all times.

The following tools are available to all JJ55 players directly from their account settings and can be activated at any time without delay:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 72-hour waiting period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each login session. When the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any JJ55 content without explicit written permission from JJ55.
• Accessing JJ55 platform content for personal, non-commercial use does not constitute a licence to reproduce or distribute that content.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by players to JJ55 regarding the platform may be used by JJ55 without obligation or compensation to the player.

Third-party trademarks, sports league names, team names, and competition identifiers referenced on JJ55 are used for informational purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.

JJ55 provides its platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While JJ55 makes every effort to maintain service availability, uptime, and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.

• JJ55's total liability to any player arising from any claim related to platform use is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• JJ55 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, missed betting opportunities, or losses resulting from technical failures on the player's device or network.
• JJ55 is not liable for any failure to provide services caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, third-party service provider failures, or acts of force majeure.
• JJ55 is not responsible for the tax implications of any winnings for any player. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations applicable to gaming winnings in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits JJ55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

JJ55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, JJ55 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will post a notice on the platform homepage.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version of these Terms was published. Continued use of the JJ55 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect. Any bets placed or transactions initiated before the effective date of an amendment remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the bet or transaction.
